Kalamata olives are one of the best eating olives due to their plumpness and flavour. They are perfect for making an olive tapenade.

- 1 cup Sunflower kernels
- 2 cloves Garlic medium
- 1/3 cup Red onion roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, Balsamic OR Lemon juice
