Hemp Apricot Energy Balls

- Food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried Apricots
- 10 Medjool Dates Remove pits
- 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
- 0.25 cup Hemp Seeds Hulled
- 0.25 cup Sesame Seeds White
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tspn Ground Cinnamon
- 0.25 tspn Salt Rock or Lake
- 0.25 tspn Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
- Desiccated Coconut, Fine For coating
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except the coconut, into a food processor and process until the dried fruit and seeds are finely ground and the mixture has formed a ball
- Roll into little balls about the size of a walnut
- Put the coconut into a bowl and roll each ball in the coconut to coat
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week
