Wakame is a versatile sea vegetable commonly associated with miso soup. New Zealand Wakame Leaves are hand harvested, and dried naturally to preserve nutrients.

Ingredients: Totally natural Wakame (Undaria sp.) dried sea vegatable.

Wakame offers a good source of iodine, high levels of magnesium and calcium, plant protein (up to 30%) plus vitamins A, B1, B2, Niacin, B6, C and K. Good levels of zinc and retinol.
