Bladderwrack is a species of seaweed used to increase metabolism via the thyroid, as it is an excellent source of iodine.

Other medicinal properties include; anti-obesity, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogenic, anti-viral, anti-diabetic.

It’s high in fibre, beta-carotene, potassium and may boost circulation, protect the skin and treat reflux and heartburn.
