Ingredients

1/4 Red cabbage sliced
1 Carrot grated
1 Red capsicum thinly sliced
1/2 cup Hemp seeds hulled
1/2 cup Coriander chop leaves & stems
1/4 cup Olive oil virgin
1/4 cup Brown rice syrup
2 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Orange zest
1 tbsp Ginger grated
1 clove Garlic minced
1 pinch Chilli powder

Instructions

Combine all dressing ingredients in a glass jar, shake together, or you can do a quick blitz in your food processor.
Toss gently dressing and salad ingredients, marinate for approx 30 min before serving.
