Easy to make and surprisingly satisfying, these energy balls make a perfect snack for kids and adults alike. Grab two in the morning in your way out the door, or munch on one post-workout for a delicious energy boost!

  • Put all ingredients, except the coconut, into a food processor and process until the dried fruit and seeds are finely ground and the mixture has formed a ball
  • Roll into little balls about the size of a walnut
  • Put the coconut into a bowl and roll each ball in the coconut to coat
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week
